About Stoton Cycle
Phil Caravello, the proprietor of Stoton Cycle, bought the shop from its previous owner in 1995. At that time, the shop was located at 143 West Main Street in downtown Stoughton.
On December 2nd of 1996, Stoton Cycle, along with two other businesses, was lost in an early morning blaze that devastated a portion of Stoughton's historic downtown business district. At that point in time, Phil wasn't sure he wanted to go through starting another business from the ground up.
But he relocated to the current location at 229 East Main Street, previously the old Jensen's Furniture store. He occupied the basement of the old furniture store, which gave him more showroom space, acquired new inventory and set out to re-establish his business.
So, when you are walking or riding down East Main Street in Stoughton, stop in and head downstairs to Stoton Cycle and check out what Phil has for you!
Coming Soon - A New Location!
The Yahara River Grocery Cooperative needs our space at 229 East Main Street for storage. They are currently making their renovations, so we have had to temporarily close up shop. The construction/renovations continues at our new location (100 West Washington - corner of Washington and Division streets.)
